Your current course rosters may be accessed from this link:  https://genesis.gc.maricopa.edu/faculty/classes.pl  (use eGCC username/password)

Note:  create a Favorites link to this page as you will want to be able to easily find it again.

You online course rosters are updated every night, so they are more up-to-date than any printed rosters.   Online course rosters are in three formats:  browser, photo, and spreadsheet.

  • Browser format provides the names of currently enrolled students and those who have withdrawn, student usernames for eGCC access, and the date the student last accessed the network.
  • Photo format provides student ID pictures and student names.
  • Spreadsheet format provides student usernames and full names in an Excel worksheet.

TIPS FOR USING THE ONLINE ROSTERS

  • Check your current enrollment and access up-to-date information.
  • Using the photo format, quickly memorize student names by associating them with the students' pictures.
  • Use the spreadsheet format to quickly create an attendance roster (just delete the columns you don't want to use).
  • Copy and paste into Word the student names and username columns from either the browser or spreadsheet format.  Change the font to a larger size, and print out the list.   Then, cut each row apart to give each student a slip of paper with his/her name and username at the beginning of the semester.
