Lonicera japonica 'Halliana'-Hall's Japanese Honeysuckle
Caprifoliaceae

Evergreen groundcover often used to cover large areas.  It can become quite invasive.  It is tolerant of arid conditions as well as poorly drained situations.  It si an Asian native that can reach to 30' across with dark green 3" leaves.  The flowers are 2-lipped, white and quite fragrant.
