Ungnadia speciosa-Mexican Buckeye 

Shrub or small tree. Winter Deciduous.  Rose-pink flowers spring before leaves.  Mature size of 15' tall and wide.  Moderate growth rate.  Large dark green leaves have yellow fall color.  Needs good drainage. Lush summer foliage.  Will withstand heat and drought that will kill most.  Gray bark.  1-6500' C,S and W. Texas. Full sun partial shade.  Drought tolerant once established.  Soil tolerant with good drainage.  Fast.
