2. Past out Sign in Sheet, Agenda, and Feb. 4th Minutes.
1. Minutes Approved.
2. Agenda Amended, Constitution Recommendations was added.
3. Upcoming Lecture, Jay Wopperer "Image Processing Concepts" Friday, Feb. 18 th at 2:00pm in MA-142.
4. Voted for Club funds to be used for Food/Drink at the Lecture on Feb. 18 th .
   Amount set at $50.
1. Passed.
5. Voted for Club funds to be used for Storage Cabinet.
   Amount set at $150.
1. Passed.
6. Constitution Recommendations
   1. Amend, "Article II" - Add emphasis to other areas of classes.
   2. Amend, "Article III" - Add Technology, Engineering and Math to list of interests.
   3. Amend, "Article IV" Public Relations and ASG Representative be made Official Officers.
   4. Amend, "Article IV, Section II" Officers hold office for 1 year. Would require Amendments to sections 8 and 9 as well.
   5. Amend, "Article VI" Meetings held every week, Friday at 2:00pm, unless a scheduled activity should interfere (i.e. a scheduled lecture).
   6. Amend, "Article VII" remove, "no dues are collected."
