  1. Meeting In Session.
  2. Past out Sign in Sheet, Agenda, April calendar and March 11 th Minutes.
    1. Agenda Amended.
      1. Presentation to place winners from the AMATYC Math competition.
    2. Minutes Amended.
      1. Don Granquist lecture is on the 8 th , not the 18 th .
    3. Calendar Approved.
  3. ASG Update.
    1. Leadership Retreat on May 22 nd .
      1. Fee is $15 for 4 days in Prescott.
      2. Possible credit hours may be awarded. Not official as of yet though.

  4. Lowell Observatory field trip Update.
    1. Recap on carpooling and rooms.
  5. Video Game Tournament.
    1. Date set as April 15 th at 2:00pm in MA-100.
    2. Game will be Soldier of Fortune II Demo.
  6. Knowledge Bowl Update.
    1. If anyone would like to help, please contact your instructors for questions and make sure the following conditions are met;
      1. They are all 100 level, general knowledge based questions.
      2. They should all be in multiple choice answer form.

  7. David Huerta from DeLUG (DeVry Linux Users Group), would like STEM club assistance.
    1. Club sponsorship so they can post flyers on GCC campus.
      1. The flyers are for, Cryptography, and software development activities.
      2. Sponsorship Approved.
  8. AMATYC Math Competition Awards.
    1. Ed Sutton, won 2 nd place.
    2. Lesa Hunt, won 3 rd place.
    3. Congratulations to the both of them!
  9. Polo shirt update.
    1. Original price assessment was about $2000 for 48 shirts. Apparently the shirts selected are of a unique material that is very lightweight and stain resistant. We are attempting to find an alternative material to save on cost.

      1. Kartchner Caverns.
