    1. Minutes passed out and approved

  2. Officer Reports
    1. Tony: "I am glad I am President, finally."
    2. Dan worked on Katrina relief project.
    3. Darrin
      1. Working on acquiring photos on non-officers for the web page
      2. Discussed video recording the club meetings
      3. Discussed other club archiving projects
    4. Ryan turned in the expenditure form for the Knowledge Bowl plaque.
    5. Frank had nothing to report.
  3. Competition Ideas
    1. Discussed type of competitions
    2. Next week: Discuss project details
    3. Work on getting possible METS help / money
  4. Katrina
    1. ASG proposed that clubs coordinate, but we decided to do our own project.
    2. The Voice is going to advertise club relief efforts.
    3. Possibility of boxes in the Math Solution, Math Office, and Physical Science buildings
    4. Item will be collected and then stored in Patrick's Office
    5. Club is trying to advertise on KUPD
  5. Web Site update
    1. Club Photos have been added
    2. Dan's name to be corrected
  6. Update on Movie Series
    1. Movies going to be shown in NU-104
    2. Oct 7 th , 2:00pm-3:00pm: Stargaze (Hubble pics)
    3. Oct 14 th , 2:00pm-3:00pm: Stargaze II (Hubble pics + others)
    4. "What the bleep do we know" is postponed due to Katrina plans

    1. Kristin Gibson discussed forming a Green Team to start waste recycling on campus.
    2. Maneet discussed fund raising

      2. Potential problems with competing with Arimark
