      2. 9: Changed to Kristin’s Recycle project update
  3. Officer Reports
    1. Tony had nothing to report
    2. Dan had nothing top report
    3. Darrin had nothing to report
    4. Ryan reported that the club has $1486.40 in club account, but the Knowledge Bowl Plaque has not been deducted. Ryan is also looking into how to get a cabinet for the club.

      1. mentioned a possible trips to Palo Verde or Raytheon
      2. mentioned starting slaveries for tech fields

      1. mentioned the ASU Del Web Construction Banquette on Nov 3rd. Contact Frank for details and to get names on the list.
  5. Conclusion to Katrina Drive
    1. Drive didn’t go very well as we only got one box full
    2. Ideas for Thanksgiving Food Drive
      1. Possibility of using a Rolling Motion demonstration for prizes
      2. Committee formed: Liana, Ron, Maneet, Kristin, Tony
  6. Update on Building Challenge
    1. Catapult versus Rockets Vote

    2. Committee will make two detailed proposals on a future date for a vote
  7. STEM Movie Series
    1. Star Gaze - Hubble’s View on the Universe: October 7th, 2:00-3:00pm in NU-104
    2. Star Gaze – Visions of the Universe: Octorber 14th, 2:00-3:00pm in NU-104
  8. T-shirt funds allocation
    1. Proposal to allot an amount not to exceed $400 for club t-shirts
    2. Proposal passed
  9. Members Update
    1. Kristin gave updates on Recycling project
    2. Ron reported
      1. ASG is going to give their prize money from the Knowledge Bowl to the Salvation Army or the Red Cross
      2. Homecoming BBQ on Oct 14 11:00am – 1:00pm

    1. Frank asked what does the club want from Engineering Day Nov 18
      1. Lectures on Internships
      2. Class Transfer issues will be addressed during the METS ASU day on Dec 2
    2. A member made known a petition to preserve natural resources
