I'm a new student and am enrolled in credit classes. What do I need to do? You will need your eGCC Account login information to login to computers on campus. See the eGCC section for information.
How do I set up my Student Email Account? Please see our section on Email.
I'm taking online classes. Where do I get started? Please see the GCC Online Website for information.
What are the hours for the HTCs and the Student HelpDesk? HTC hours can be found on the HTC Website. Student HelpDesk hours are on our Contact Us Page.
Where can I get my grades? There are three ways to get your grades.
  1. View your grades at http://my.maricopa.edu. You will need your MEID and corresponding password (what you use to login to Blackboard). If necessary, please establish your account by clicking on the "First Time User Start Here" button located at the website. Otherwise, please do the following:
    • Go to http://my.maricopa.edu..
    • Once you reach the website, please click on the "Login" link.
    • Next, provide your MEID and corresponding password (your Blackboard login information) and login.
    • Once you're logged in, look for the "Academic History" section and click the "Grades" link.
    • Then, select the Term (semester) and campus location of interest. Click the "Continue" button.
    • Your grades should now display. If you want to print your grades, look for the "Printer Friendly Version" and click on it. Then print your grades.
    • If you want to look at grades from a different semeseter, please click on "Change Term".
  2. View your grades on Blackboard. This works only if you had Blackboard access throughout the semester. Please note that your access to Blackboard might have been disabled if all of your grades have been turned in to the Admissions and Records Department. Questions? Give us a call.
  3. Speak with your instructors. Questions about your grades? Please speak with your instructor, as they are the ones who give you your grade.
NOTE: Final grades for this semester are made available as soon as your instructor turns in your grade to Admissions and Records. Check about a week after finals end!
