There are three ways for us to help you:
- In-person: By far the best way for us to help you. Come in and we'll take care of all your account aches and pains. Please see below for our contact information.
- Phone: (623) 845-3555, Extension 2. We can do our best to verify your identity and help make basic changes, such as resetting your eGCC Password. We answer the phone during our hours listed below.
- Email: student-helpdesk@student.gc.maricopa.edu. The alternative way. If you're sitting at a computer and run into a weird error, go ahead and send us an email. Please send us email from your own account (preferrably your GCC Student Email account), just so whenever any of us answer your email we can ensure we're sending information to the correct person. We answer emails during our hours listed below.

We're located in High Tech Center 2, Room 130. Just look for the neon "Open" sign in the window visible from both HT2 Pit and from the Southwest door to HT2!
