Do you suffer from Math or Test anxiety
Well if you do you are not alone!
Below you can find some links to web sites on the internet that you may find useful.

I.  First let's do a self check on your "overall" level of stress.  The goal of this first site is to make you aware of the MANY different events in your life that can contribute to stress.

Click here and scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will find two tables.  One labeled  STRESS SCALE FOR ADULTS and one further down
labeled  STRESS SCALE FOR YOUTH.  Decide which one will be most relevent for you and total up the "Event Values" for those that apply to you over
the past twelve months.  After you have your total check out what the web page says under the STRESS SCALE FOR YOUTH table. You can scroll back
up to the top of the page and read through the entire contents if you wish to get some more information about what can cause stress.
