CHANGING THE RESOLUTION OF YOUR SCREEN
1.
Minimize (press the
button that appears in
the top right of your screen) all applications until you can see your desktop.
2. Place your cursor on the desktop (do NOT place it on one of the icons on your desktop).
3. Right click. This menu should pop up.

4. Click on Properties. The next window should pop up.

5. Click on the Settings tab (at the top of this window).

6. See the Screen Resolution pointer in the lower left corner of this screen. Place your cursor over the pointer, click and hold the left mouse button and drag the pointer to the left.
7. As the pointer is dragged to the left, the resolution numbers will change; when the resolution appears as 600 x 800 pixels, then release the left mouse button.

8. Click the OK button.
9. A screen will pop up asking you to confirm that you want these new settings. Click the Yes button (see below).

10. After you click Yes, the Monitor Settings window will close and the Display Properties window will close. You will be back at your desktop. You can continue your work now.
11. Note: When you go to a different class or to a different computer (HT1 for example), you may have to repeat this procedure again.
