B. Between Jm and Kd. Kd is at the bottom of the Note Cliffs and is not folded. Therefore the folding must have happened before the formation of Kd. The youngest rocks of the folded group (the horseshoe patterns are Jm (the gray layer). So by the principle of Original Horizontality, the folding must have occured after Jm was deposited.
