Responsibilities include: Supervision of 11 full-time and 24 part-time faculty members in a department that serves over 3000 undergraduate psychology students per semester, schedule building, curriculum management and curriculum development, budgeting, strategic planning, hiring personnel, student advising, faculty mentoring, dispute and student grievance resolution, and teaching.

            DUTIES:   I conducted human factors research with implications for flight safety, focusing on general aviation pilots and air traffic control specialists, and issues such as fatigue and hypoxia. Participated in research design and implementation, data analysis, and report writing.

 

August 1992-May 1993          Research Assistant, Center for Research on Minority Education, University of Oklahoma.

            DUTIES: Supervision of seven undergraduate research assistants, maintenance of Graduate Survey project, library research, writing, survey development and enhancement.

            DUTIES: Production Control of a Well-Record data base, management of weekly updates, use of a mainframe computer data base in Gypsy, and SAS.  Some word processing (MS Word) and Lotus use, and other associated tasks.
